Hi
You can do a search on the web for SCOR which is the methodology for supply chain. Another resource is this white paper

Hope that helps

One gives you more of a stretch (full range of motion), but the other allows more weight (but not as much stabilizers)
The full ROM for the dumbbell bench isn’t necessarily an advantage — it’s possible to go too far down and get injured. It does allow you to have your shoulder in a safer position however because of how you can face your palms. The barbell bench press is the gold standard for upper-body strength these days, so it can’t be ignored. It’s the upper body lift that allows you to lift as much weight as possible through its full ROM. If I had to only pick one, I’d pick the barbell. You can also pick finer grained weight on it, meaning you can go from 245 to 250 to 255, but with the dumbbell you usually have to go 95 to 100 to 105, which is 5 more per hand. You can buy platemates to remedy this though. I do both though, and tend to focus on one for a few months and then switch.

http://www.jsp.org/2003/04/23/anf.jpg
what does it take to build a body like that?
Your a funny ass. Christ in heaven, if you look like that first dude you’d better start by eating a sandwich. Sylvester Stallone has a great book called Sly Moves. I thoroughly enjoy it. And I have another book called 50 Ways to Gain Muscle Fast by Dave Tuttle. Don’t get obsessive. Just strive for some definition. Cathe Freidrich on Fit TV is a ballbuster. Those women are sstrong as oxes and have been an inspiration. Lay low on Cardio if your starting out a garter snake. Healthfood stores have all kind of gainers. I use a great whey isolate protein powder from Bodybuilding.com. It’s sweetened with Stevia and gives me what I need. Love yourself as you are…and strive for improvement out of self-love. Not loathing.

Dear friends i am making an online e book store as my project in asp.net Visual studio 2008. I have downloaded few web templates from internet i want to know how can i use web template in my project.
Pls. guide
thanks in advance.
web templates usually have html, css stylesheet, images etc.. they are blueprint of your pages also called as mockup.
if you like any template, you can copy them on to .aspx pages. you can use those region where you want to show your content. if you are loading those from database, use .net controls to load.
you can use asp.net master pages or user controls if you want to share that mockup on other pages…
i hope me & you are in same track. i dont know if there is anything else called templates..

Don’t they want to get jobs later in life?
I suspect it is the cumulative effect of substance abuse, which leads to poor decision making skills, that would cause someone to make such a huge mistake. Also, hanging around a sub culture where tattoos are accepted and even cool (like Yahoo Answers, where all the Tattoo proponents gather together to encourage each other) would lead to a similar erosion in decision making skills.
"Emotional risks [of tattoos] include negative feelings you might have as a result of getting a tattoo or piercing. Social risks are those that could damage your relationship with others, including friends, parents, teachers, and employers. . . For example, body modification can affect your chances for future employment. Certain jobs are not available to people who have visible body art."
(Bonnie B. Graves, Tattooing and body piercing, p. 43)
"The fact that so many people change their minds [about their tattoos] should lead you to think carefully about whether you want to lock yourself into a fashion statement that might cause you a lot of aggravation and heartache later in life." (Laura Reybold, Everything you need to know about the dangers of tattooing and body piercing, p. 32)
"What so few realize, tragically, is that such a mark [tattoo] becomes the albatross around the neck for all time." (Ronald Scutt, Art, Sex and Symbol, 1974, p. 181)

I have a wire haired daschund and we will be taking it to dog training courses. What age is best for us to start taking it to courses?
Well, for me daschunds are the best choice of breed, so well done on that. I also think – judging by everyones answers – that you should start as early as possible. Daschunds really deserve a nice name like Koko. Whatever the name is, make sure it’s not something like Dahpne. I would also recommend a Dog Training service such as "Lead The Dog". Just look at www.LeadtheDog.co.uk for more information. Have a nice day!

I haven’t exercised in years plus i’m overweight and type 2 diabetic. I want to turn myself around and Bodybuilding really looks like it fills my needs. I am now nearly 45 and I must do something! I need to lose weight but I also want muscle.
ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! Six years ago when I was 46 years old, I lost 86lbs and gained muscle. I had a personal trainer for 11 months and he showed me how to use the machines and also kicked my ass. Best thing I ever did, worth every penny. I highly recommend it. I still go to the gym and use the machines and do cardio. Don’t feel 52 at all!! Good Luck………

I am doing a Project Management course and have to find out which methodology is being used. Would the method be PRINCE2 or DSDM Atern (Agile)? Maybe a mixture of both? Could you give examples of why it would be a certain methodology and not another?
I dont think I am smart enough to answer your question. Sorry

Or anything like that? Such as between your tattoo and jeans or a bra strap? I know it would be best not to, but if it is necessary is there any way to protect the tattoo from being rubbed wrong?
Not necessarily for a long period of time.
If you need to put a piece of cloth in between, coat it with some unscented, unmedicated lubriderm. putting dry cloth over a tattoo can cause the cloth to heal to the tattoo, and once you tear it off, it will take some of the ink with it. i fell asleep and my tattoos healed to my bed sheet, and when i pulled it off in the morning, it pulled off some of the scabbing which left blotches in the ink.
