		<description>yes, you should target two mucles each day.  you should be doing 10-12 total sets for a larger muscle such as pecs anyways.   you should do flat, incline, and flys on the same day.  keep it somewhat consistent also but add variations to it so your body does not get used to the same thing, maybee do inline first one week, or use dumbells or cables for one of them one week.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
