I do both of them in my chest work out. Incline hits the upper chest alot better and its good to hit different parts of the chest.

    Yes it is, you could actually work your chest one day, meaning incline press, decline press, etc. and work your back the next, arms the next, etc. so in other words, you could do multiple exercises for the same muscle group in the same day.

    yes, you should target two mucles each day. you should be doing 10-12 total sets for a larger muscle such as pecs anyways. you should do flat, incline, and flys on the same day. keep it somewhat consistent also but add variations to it so your body does not get used to the same thing, maybee do inline first one week, or use dumbells or cables for one of them one week.
