I am making an effort to convert my lifting routine at the gym to one that I can do at home with the with the weights that are at my disposal. Part of how I will accomplish this will be to fill a backpack with weights, which I will use for an exercise such as push ups (with the appropriate amount of weight, can be almost exactly like doing a flat bench press). However, I’m having trouble visualizing how to do a push up that will equate to an incline bench press. All I need to do is use an object like a chair to lift up one part of my body, but do I need lift my legs, or my torso?
put your arms on a heightened surface with your legs on the ground

Put your feet on the edge of a chair and do pushups either from the ground or get some of those pushup bars that let you go deeper down…., not sure how thats supposed to work with weights without the weights smacking you in the head though…. you’ll figure it out
