I am making an effort to convert my lifting routine at the gym to one that I can do at home with the with the weights that are at my disposal. Part of how I will accomplish this will be to fill a backpack with weights, which I will use for an exercise such as push ups (with the appropriate amount of weight, can be almost exactly like doing a flat bench press). However, I’m having trouble visualizing how to do a push up that will equate to an incline bench press. All I need to do is use an object like a chair to lift up one part of my body, but do I need lift my legs, or my torso?
