Hi. I workout and lift weights every day and sometimes every other day.I’m a 14 year old bodybuilder. Some people say I should have 6 small meals of 20g of protein at each meal. While others say I should have less than 25 grams of protein a day. Please tell me how many grams of protein I should have per day. Also, should I take Whey Protein as a source of protein? Thanks

In grams, you really only need less than half of your body weight in pounds of protein. If you’re a bodybuilder, however, you’d want to about double that, so around a gram of protein for each pound you weigh.
It’s not a strict rule; I think you can waver from .9 grams to 1.15 grams of protein per pound and the results would be the same. As for meals, I think you generally want about six to eight each day.
