I am starting to hit a platau, and I am seriously out of ideas to switch things up. Let me give you my ultimate goal here. Currently, I am 6′ and I weigh 205 with about 10% body fat. In a year or two, I want to be at 215-225 with 7% body fat. I need some advice on how to get there, exact links to workouts that really do work, or a schedule from someone who has done it before. I am not worried about the diet, and I take all the necessary supplements. What motivational factors have you used in the past??? Any help on this one would be great, thanks!
