That being said, 45 degrees is the best angle for incline bench.  90 degrees and you&#039;re not doing bench press anymore (you&#039;ll be sitting upright!)  ;)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
