There are six basic aspects of any abdominal workout routine you must master to obtain the six pack abs you have been chasing. You can do crunches until you toss your dinner and not meet your goal of a beautiful set of six pack abs. You have to use a comprehensive approach that addresses nutrition (diet), water intake, supplementation, exercises protocol, proper sleep rhythms, and the detoxification of your body. If you do all of these things you will acquire a six pack of abs and a nice set of obliques to frame around them.

Nutrition

It does not mater what your workout goal is, you will never obtain a set of defined abs if you do not eat properly. I am not talking about just skipping the fast food crap. I mean carbs, protein, and the right time to load up on each.

If you have extra weight to lose, you should be careful not to restrict your calories to much when working out. Just restrict the starchy carbs and useless calories like all sugars.

If you restrict calories too much you will lose muscle and water, not the fat cells you want to shed. Eating a meal that contains complex carbohydrates like rice, pasta, bagels, fresh fruit, or baked potatoes about 30-60 minutes before your workout will provide a more sustained energy level and the carbohydrates that you need to keep your blood sugar level up. Also consume organic food whenever possible.

What you eat after your workout is just as important as what your have before. You are going to need the same types of carbohydrates, but you will need to add some protein for muscle repair and growth. I would suggest a recovery meal.

The recovery meal serves two purposes: 1) It replaces lost carbs and influences the amount of cortisol (a hormone which reacts to stress) your body will release. 2) It loads up amino acids into your muscle to begin the re-building of muscle tissue. If you miss this window of opportunity you will not gain muscle and lose body fat as fast.

Cortisol – Increases blood pressure, blood sugar and reduces immune responses.

All Mighty Water

Hydration is an often overlooked aspect of all workout routines. If you do not consume enough water while working out or for that matter during your entire day you have wasted your time and may have caused damage to yourself. Not enough water equals dehydration.

Drinking sugary/sports drinks, caffeinated beverages only dehydrate your body quicker. You should try to drink 7 to 10 ounces of room temperature water every 20 minutes while working out.

Water helps to regulate your body temperature; deliver oxygen to your muscle tissues by keeping blood volume elevated. It also assists the kidneys in removing biological wastes, and enhances with fat burning and muscle growth. A good rule to follow is to drink &frac12; of your body weight in ounces per day.

Supplements

If you are considering taking a supplement to put on a little more muscle, it’s important to take stock of your lifestyle before forking over a dime. If you’re not eating right, getting enough sleep, cutting back on stress and exercising regularly, meaning at least a couple of times a week, supplements are not going to do a whole lot for you.

You cannot expect to slack elsewhere and have these pills or powders make it up for you. You have protein powder, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamins, fish oils and amino acids to start with.

Protein is the most recognized muscle building supplement in the world. It is available in whey, soy, casein, and egg. Which is best for you? Whey – I would stay away from soy and use hemp if you are a vegetarian. Use what is available to you. You will want to look at your goal for your protein first.

Each of these four is absorbed at a different pace. Whey is great for a post-workout meal because it is absorbed within 30 minutes. Then comes egg and casein (milk) which are absorbed over a period of 1.5 to 7 hours. Either of these before bed will provide a great source of protein for muscle repair and growth while you sleep. Soy protein is an overall source, but due to the estrogenic proprieties of soy I would use hemp milk instead. Most serious bodybuilders/athletes will take a combination of all of these protein supplements for maximum benefit.

Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in your body. The basics behind creatine supplements are that they cause an increase in the amount of ATP (the main energy source for muscles) in your body. More ATP means more reps and sets at higher weight. This means quicker muscle building. This supplement should be cycled though. It is best to take it for four weeks and then take two weeks off.

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissues. It helps to eliminate muscle wasting and improve your muscles recovery time. Amino acid supplements should always contain branched-chain amino acids to give you better results. Make sure that you do not take creatine and glutamine at the same time. They compete for receptors on muscle cells and will cancel each other out. Take glutamine pre-workout and creatine post-workout.

The reasons to take a multi-vitamin are obvious. A lack in any mineral or vitamin can really hamper your progress and limit muscle growth and retention. You really cannot neglect any of the supplements and expect top results.

Exercises

A full program of muscle development is obvious to get a set of abs. Simple routines that you will adhere to work the best. An overall program plus a good core workout that includes movements for the abs are all important in obtaining six pack abs. Abdominal exercises that will lead you to six pack abs and a set of well defined obliques to frame it.

Sleep and Body Detoxification

You must get enough sleep, period. Your muscles grow and repair themselves during your sleep periods. Your energy stores and blood sugar levels restore themselves while you sleep. Depriving yourself of sufficient rest is the same as depriving yourself of muscle mass and definition.

Why workout if you are not going to have enough recovery time and end up wasting the effort. Detoxifying your body is important for the proper flow of nutrients to the muscles and the needed elimination of the by-products of muscle strain and growth. Driving these toxins out of your body will help to increase blood flow to the muscles. Every bodybuilder knows the benefits of a better blood flow.

In addition to eliminating the obvious bad guys like caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods, you need to lower your stress levels. Meditation and “quiet times” are very helpful for overall body harmony.

Muscle development is due to the working of the HGH body building amino acids in the Somato Tropic hormone produced by the Pituitary gland. This will be an interesting article for those trying to build muscle in the body either naturally or by using any supplements in the stimulation process.

Here is a stop for the body building enthusiasts. Body building does not mean only muscle building, It also include the building up of the performance of the body as well as building the internal parts of the body. Body building process includes,

- Development of muscle.
- Increasing energy level in the body.
- Growth of internal and external organs
- Controlling the functions of the above mentioned organs.

HGH body building will also be used in improving the sleep in the night, with increased performance of memory and improving vision and hearing capacity of the individual. It plays a major role in the improvement and growth of the skin. They prevent aging appearance if they function normally. This is the reason why people are being judged about their age by the sight itself.

The above HGH body building is to be done naturally without any stimulation and external care. When there is a fall in the performance then this had to be done by the help of steroids. Now a day’s steroids are used for building muscle and improving the energy level in the body. Mostly all of the steroids in this field are injectable only. There is only a few manufacturers’ supplying them in the form of pills.

The reason that many are available only in injection form is, injections are the sudden activators of the stimulation process. While pills need to be breaked and digested by the organs and then absorbed by the blood stream which needs at least a day time. Many of the steroids used in Body building are not sold outside the country where it is manufactured.

Some of the steroids that are sold in United States of America are the “Growth Hormone”, Humatropin, Genotropin, Saizen and Protopin. They are drugs manufactured by different manufacturing industries. They are not yet approved by the FDA. The body building HGH can not be tested to the children artificially as they will be fatal.

The pharmacology explanation about the HGH body building is that the supplements used will work in the hypothalamus in the pituitary gland. This will result in the production of growth hormone. This is not yet available for use. This has to be released by the pituitary. For this another process takes place to produce the growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). This will only release the Somato Tropin in to the blood stream.

HGH body building capacity will decline from the age of thirty. There will be a loss in production of the hormone up to 60% at the age of forty. This will further go down to 5% when the person reaches eighty. Therefore a little amount of steroid will be required from the age of thirty.

There is a lot of good natural bodybuilding advice out there, but there are also a lot of common misconceptions out there. That’s the problem with the Internet: while more information than ever is available online, not all of it is accurate. If you start looking online for natural Bodybuilding advice, there’s a lot of information out there, and it can quickly become overwhelming as there are no lack of experts willing to come out of the woodwork and give their two cents on the topic of natural bodybuilding.

Natural bodybuilding is the process of building muscles naturally. There are varying degrees to which people take this definition. Everyone agrees that means no steroids or other illegal substances. Some think a natural supplement like Creatine or Whey Protein is okay, while others want to go completely pure – with no supplements of any kind whatsoever. The good news is that either way, there is plenty of good natural bodybuilding advice out there that can help you reach your goals.

Some great natural bodybuilding advice for those of you trying to bulk up:

1. More meals, more calories. Eat six meals of varying calories instead of three large ones, and if you want to bulk up you need to eat more calories than your body can burn in a day.

2. Protein and carbs. Everyone knows that protein helps to build and repair muscles, but if you really want to grow, then carbs are the way to go. Many college football players are surprised the first time they show up and are told to wolf down rice and spaghetti, but it makes a huge difference in giving the fuel required to bulk up naturally.

3. Be patient. Good bodybuilding takes a lot of time. You need protein and carbs and a lot of time sticking to an excellent weightlifting regiment.

4. Keep a list of reasons why it’s good to be drug free. As with any long term goal, bodybuilding the natural way will have times of frustration and doubt. Keeping a list to remind you of why you want to stay dedicated to a natural path.

5. Be prepared for skeptics. The world is full of haters and doubters, and when you really start hitting success don’t be surprised to find lines of people who are going to accuse you of being a ‘roids user even if you never touched the stuff. That’s just part of the game.

There are many more tips that can help you on your path to getting a totally ripped bod as a natural body builder, but many of them are common sense that any weight lifter would know like doing less reps at heavier weight instead of more reps at a lighter weight, eating enough calories to gain muscle mass, and working out the muscles in groups that make sense and make sure that one group isn’t over trained while other muscle groups go under trained.

There is plenty of natural bodybuilding advice online, but like many things, nothing beats going out and actually getting started. The sooner you start, the sooner you can start bulking up to that body you’ve dreamed of.

Most people are under the misconception that to gain lean muscle mass, bodybuilding Supplements are essential. Please remember that supplements are only additions to an already well-planned nutrition diet and training program. Bodybuilding Nutrition and training are the two indispensable components of any bodybuilding program. Once your diet plan and training schedule are in place, then you can think of <a href=”http://www.imedmart.com”>bodybuilding supplements </a> to further your aim. Supplements only work when your diet and your training program are optimal.
Nutritional supplements are necessary to compensate for any nutritional deficiencies. The increased physical activity because of your new exercise program will make your body demand more vitamins and minerals. Even a marginal nutrient deficiency can sabotage muscle growth. We obviously cannot rely solely on food alone to provide us with all the vitamins and minerals that our body needs. This is more so, because the processing of foods before they get to the supermarket, cooking, air, and even light would have already robbed the food of most of the vitamins. If you are deficient in one or more nutrients your body may not be able to build muscle and burn fat properly.

<a href=”http://www.imedmart.com”>Vitamin supplements </a> and minerals are essential to ensure that your body operates at optimum efficiency. Without vitamins and minerals it is impossible to covert the food that you eat into hormones, tissues and energy. Vitamins are organic compounds whose function is to enhance the actions of Bodybuilding proteins that cause chemical reactions such as muscle building, Fat Burners and energy production. There are two types of vitamins: Fat soluble vitamins – they get stored as fat and therefore if taken in excessively will become toxic. Water soluble vitamins like B-Complex and Vitamin C are not stored in the body. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that improves your immune system and helps you recover faster from your workouts by suppressing the amount of cortizol that is released by your body during a workout. Vitamin C is the only Vitamin that is recommended to be taken in mega doses quantities. Remember that since it is a water-soluble vitamin, it will not get stored by the body.
Minerals, on the other hand, are inorganic compounds. Their main function is to assure that your brain receives the correct signals from the body, balance of fluids, muscular contractions and energy production as well as for the building of muscle and bones. There are two types of minerals. Bulk minerals such as Calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus are what the body needs in great quantities. Trace minerals such as chromium, copper, cobalt, silicon, selenium, iron and zinc are needed by the body in minute amounts, usually in the order of micrograms.
Because of hectic schedules, it is always not possible to eat the perfectly balanced meals that are required to build muscles. Protein quality is measured by Biological Value (BV). BV is a value that measures how well the body can absorb and utilize protein. The higher the Biological Value of the protein you use, the more nitrogen your body can absorb, use, and retain. As a result, bodybuilding proteins with the highest BV promote the most lean muscle gains. Essential fatty acids, Alpha Linoleic Acid (Omega-3s) and Linoleic Acid (Omega-6s), are fats that need to be consumed through one’s diet as the body cannot manufacture them. They are highly important as they are involved in several key body functions such as energy production, fat burning, brain and nerve tissue development, mood regulation, insulin metabolism, hemoglobin production, etc.

It’s no secret that competitive bodybuilders are among the most successful dieters in the world at losing pure bodyfat and getting “ripped”. Bodybuilders do things differently than the 95% of dieters who fail. And in this article I will outline the basics of a good Bodybuilding pre-contest diet plan. This information will really help you if you are planning on competing in the future. And even if you are not really interested in getting on stage as competitive bodybuilder, but you would like to look like one, then the info covered here will help you get that lean “beach body” look.

I’ve been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 1995 so I’ve picked up a few tricks over the years and I’m going to share them with you here…

I personally start dieting for a contest at least 6 months in advance. I want to have plenty of time to prepare myself. For the first month I simply cut out all junk foods and eat nothing but clean foods. Such as beef, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, milk, Protein Shakes, rice, potatoes, pasta, fruit, vegetables, etc. I eat about 5-6 small meals each day. I drink plenty of water at least 1 gallon a day. I will also do about 30 minutes of cardio exercise 4-6 times each week, before breakfast. I will continue my regular weight training workout.

The second month of preparation is very similar to the first. I will still eat the same as mentioned above. But I will increase my cardio exercise to at least 45 minutes, 5-7 times per week, before breakfast. The whole idea of doing cardio before breakfast is to help burn up more stored bodyfat. At this time there is no food in your system to be used as fuel so you’ll burn more bodyfat from your cardio. It also helps to jump start your metabolism for the day. After exercise your metabolism is elevated and remains so for several hours.

The third month I get stricter with my diet. I will begin to cut back on my portions of starchy carbohydrates while keeping my protein intake high (between 250-300 grams of protein per day). I also eat more vegetables. My diet is now mainly foods such as very lean meat, poultry, fish, protein supplements, vegetables, rice, potatoes, oatmeal, etc. I will increase my cardio to about 60 minutes each morning before breakfast.

I’ll also start taking a fat burner. For my last show I used “Palo Alto Labs Leviathan”. I found that it worked great, I would take 2 caps twice per day on an empty stomach. Once before cardio and again before my weight training workouts because it helps give me an energy boost, curb my appetite, and raise my metabolism enabling me to burn more bodyfat.

The fourth month is pretty much like the third month with dieting and doing cardio each morning before breakfast. I will also start practicing my mandatory poses 3-4 days per week. At this stage I am getting lean and can start to see the definition showing in my abs, legs, back, chest, etc…

The fifth month before the contest I get stricter with my diet. I will eat approx. 1 gram of carbohydrate and 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight each day. I don’t normally count fat grams, but they are kept as low as possible. But I will include essential fats through flaxseeds, fish oil, etc.

A typical day will go like this:

Cardio

- take fat burner and black coffee

- 1 hour of cardio

Meal 1

- bowl of oatmeal mixed with protein powder

- egg whites

Meal 2

- chicken breast

- garden salad

Meal 3

- can of tuna

- garden salad

Workout

- take fat burner and black coffee

- weight training workout

- practice posing

- protein drink

Meal 4

- steak

- steamed veggies

- sweet potatoes

Meal 5

- protein drink

I also salt my food and even add a couple shakes of salt to my protein drinks. This may seem off the wall to most people. But I find that if I don’t add salt to my diet I get bad muscle cramps when training. Don’t worry you will not retain water, your body will adjust to a higher salt intake within a few days and as long as you are drinking lots of fluids your body will flush out any excess water. I’ll keep doing this until 2 days out from the show.

I strive to be in shape one month out before the contest and then just keep with the diet, cardio, training, etc. to let my conditioning just harden up. I won’t lose a whole lot more bodyweight, but my skin will get tighter and thinner.

I don’t try and lift too heavy in the gym at this stage because I know that I will not gain any new muscle during the last month before a contest, I am just trying to maintain my muscle mass and get leaner. I basically have my posing routine down pat. I just want keep plugging away consistently. The temptation to cheat on my diet is very strong now. It is very important not too cheat. I keep my eye on the finish line and know that the dieting will be all over soon.

Carb Loading & Water Intake…

I do not carb deplete or carb load during the last week. I have tried all kinds of crazy stuff like this in the past and I found that it is best to just diet right up to the day of the show. Carb depleting and carb loading is too “hit and miss” you risk screwing up your conditioning, it may make you look a little better, or it could make you look a lot worse. You are better off playing it safe by sticking to your diet and then just slightly increase your carb intake slightly for a couple days before the show (i.e. instead of eating 1 potatoe at a meal, eat 2 potatoes, etc.).

During the last week I will increase my water intake to about 2 gallons per day. I will stop all weight training and cardio a couple days before the contest to let my body rest and recover.

Friday night before the contest I will cut back on my water intake and just have a small glass of water with each meal. I also take herbal diuretic capsules on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to help get rid of the excess water under my skin. I do not cut my water intake entirely, just cut back. Cutting out water entirely can leave you flat and smooth. You need some water in your system in order to pump up and pose properly.

Tanning…

I’ll go to the tanning salon about 4 times per week during the last 6 weeks prior to the contest. This will give me a base tan. Then on Friday before the show I’ll put on about 3-4 coats of ProTan. This is a spray tan that you paint on with a sponge brush. Saturday morning before the show I’ll also put on a coat of Dream Tan. This is a dark tanning cream that you rub on your skin. I’ll put a coat of this on Saturday morning, another coat before pre-judging, and again before the evening show. Dream Tan works great and it has oil in the tan so you do not need to use much if any additional posing oils.

Back Stage…

When I go to the contest I take a MP3 player with my posing music. I try to find a place by myself back stage so I can practice my posing routine. By doing this, my routine is fresh in my mind before going on stage in front of the audience and judges.

When pumping up before going on stage I will do some light, high rep, upper body exercises such as push ups, bent over rows, bicep curls, etc. with a rubber fitness band. Never pump up the legs or the abs, these muscles always look and flex better when they are not pumped. Do not pump up too much because it will make you shake when you pose. Just warm up and get the blood flowing to the muscles.

And the last thing that I recommend is to go out there and have a good time. Be confident and proud of your accomplishments and put on a good show for the crowd. At this point you have done all you can do, now it is up to the judges to decide the rest.

The real story behind <a href=”http://scrampy.mda1125.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=ARTICLE”>No Bull Bodybuilding</a> is as interesting as the program itself. During the sixteen years that Marc worked on his own bodybuilding approaches he could not find the results that he wanted. Finally, hitting upon the right approaches he began to see results after only ninety days.

For beginner’s Marc has a guide “Quick start”. Also the “Competition Guide” by Layne Norton has some really valuable information. Not to forget, “Beginning Bodybuilding Over 40″.

This program has a great focus on the nutritional needs of someone who is into Bodybuilding. You will take away from the book all of the habits that you need to focus on and eliminate those that do not help you in your efforts. The caloric intake of someone who is bodybuilding is examined in detail as well. You will learn how to keep the fat gain to a minimum and learn how to build only lean muscle. There are a number of different dietary approaches taken with the program and even if you are interested in a vegetarian diet, there is something for you.

It is possible when you order this program to upgrade to the deluxe edition. You will get a $10 discount on the program as well as membership to Marc’s Uncensored bodybuilding for only $7.95 per month. You will have access to a giant database that contains audio about bodybuilding. You will also have access to the guide to six pack abs.

The book becomes disorganized in some sections, but overall the information is a great resource if you are looking for a beginner’s guide to bodybuilding. There should be a message board included to help you with questions that you might have about the program. Unfortunately, there is not one included.

No-Bull Bodybuilding is truly a foundation for the beginners, it has the best resources. And as Marc has been a victim of the wrongs, he intends to project that to the buyers. It is the smartest way of learning and developing your physique.

There are so many resources available to the beginning bodybuilder that it might be difficult to choose the right one. Marc is a great choice for those who are looking for a program that is based on real experience with what can go wrong with bodybuilding.

The 6 Pack Secret guarantees quick fat loss results for women & men who are serious about losing body fat and building lean muscle. This program has been used by professional fitness models and it promises to deliver results if the system is used correctly.

After I tried this program, I decided to write about how I felt about it.

Before I start, let me tell you about the expert who created the system. I have seen Jamin Thompson’s name many times in popular fitness magazines as a writer and he is also a professional fitness model who is in amazing shape himself. Without a doubt, this system was put together by a trusted name in the fitness industry. Before I bought the system I did my research and contacted Jamin to talk about his training and expertise. Honestly, it was quite impressive, and he had a totally different approach than your typical gym trainer who just tells you the same mumbo jumbo that doesn’t work.

He has worked with many professional athletes, and also played professional sports himself. Not only has he trained professional athletes, but he has also worked with many other people as well reaching into the hundreds. After analyzing his background and credentials, it was not a surprise that he came up with this unique system for fat burning. I was intrigued, and decided to give the program a shot.

After I purchased the system I had a ton of questions because there was SO much info! Thankfully, I remembered that the system came with unlimited support so I decided to send Jamin a little email. I asked him why he didn’t have a lot of stuff in the program about traditional cardio because I needed some new and improved cardio workouts to burn my fat, but he explained to me the reasons that traditional cardio is not the best way to burn fat and encouraged me to continue reading. He said that his methods of training were specifically designed to boost your metabolism during and after exercise so that you burn fat while you eat, while you work, and while you sleep…and not only for the 30 minutes that you are scuffling along on the elliptical machine.

Now I am a busy guy, and I had my doubts that I would be able to use a full fitness program and stick to it because of my schedule, but luckily for me….much of Jamin’s unique system of interval training, and bodyweight exercises can be done at home

Since I started the program I have lost about 17 pounds of fat and have since recommended this program to all of my friends. It was so refreshing to finally find a program that is simple, that cuts to the chase, and explains what really works and what doesn’t. After a 10 hour workday and commuting for 2 hours in Los Angeles traffic I seriously don’t have time to mess around in the gym with programs that don’t work.

When I go to the gym now I am excited to go and happy to be there because I know that I am no longer working out for nothing. Also, my workouts are fun now! I no longer have to do boring cardio workouts and the same weight training workout every time. I now do hindu bodyweight exercises that have made me more athletic and increased my functional core strength, and with no equipment! Now, I have no intentions of ever becoming a fitness model, and I don’t have to try to be because this program is for everyone. It is the perfect solution for everyone that simply wants to look better.

This program is perfect for anyone who is just starting out, or for intermediates and even advanced users. Not only are these workouts and diets effective…but they are also SAFE! You will not be running to the bathroom to puke your guts out from over-exertion, and you wont be dead tired afterwards! I was definitely impressed.

The 6 Pack Secret also comes with a few free ebooks on diet, fitness, and motivation that will help you achieve your goal even faster.

So in summary: The 6 Pack Secret is NOT

• A system that only advanced users can do

• Long and boring cardio workouts

• A system just for guys

• Useless machine based workouts

• A time – wasting isolation exercise workout routine

• A restrictive diet that leaves you hungry

• A Bodybuilding program to gain bulk

The 6 Pack secret is the perfect system for women and men who want to burn fat the right way and spice up their workouts with some of the secrets of the pros. If you are even slightly interested, I definitely recommend you take a close look at Jamin’s program, the 60 day guarantee, and Jamin’s expertise. For the cost of about a large bottle of diet pills, you could invest in the hottest deal in the fitness and fat burning industry!

The 6 Pack Secret is backed by a 60 day money back guarantee. And this is a real guarantee… if you are not completely satisfied, you will receive your money back, no “ifs,” “ands,” or “buts.” So you really have nothing to lose.

You can check it out for yourself here

Persisting with one technique when numerous Bodybuilding techniques exist is like persistently eating the same food; your body will adapt to it and will not grow, but stay at a consistent size. This is fine for other forms of fitness, but you need variety in your routines to build a bigger body.

It is good to switch your techniques about every 6 weeks and concentrate on another method. This will not only increase your muscle size, but also relieve the tediousness, which so often detracts from your workout and allows it to become stale.

There are many differing techniques available for muscle building, but 3 established ones are are known to work consistently:

1. Negatives

Rather than lifting the weight with your arm or arms curling toward your shoulders, you start with the arms already raised and slowly uncurl your arms, this is where the term ‘negatives’ comes from as it is the opposite of the normal method. The arms example above can be used on any muscle group.

Do not rest between reps and take sufficient time to recover between sets. It is necessary to perform each rep slowly to build up muscle mass and muscle endurance.

2. Super Sets

Focus on one body part and carry out various exercises on that one; this completes one super set. After a five minute rest perform another super set on a different part of the body. Keep to a medium weight for each exercise and minimize the rest between each one.

3. Forced Reps

Performing reps on your muscles until they reach failure, forms the forced reps technique. Either use the maximum weight within your capability and push your muscles until they give out, or use less weight until you can’t carry out another rep. It is critical to employ the use of a training partner because of the failure element of forced reps. Just like the other techniques, keep rest to a minimum between reps and allow beneficial recovery time between sets.

Changing bodybuilding techniques regularly, motivates and encourages you as you know in your mind that there will be something different just around the corner. Recording and comparing results from each technique, gives you more knowledge of just how far you can go and what you can achieve.
